“This activity was a complete disaster and one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. The planning was extremely poor and the organizers were both disrespectful and unreliable. When we arrived, we were told that the activity was canceled because the only jet ski they had had been broken for a long time and had never been repaired. Instead of informing us in advance, they let us wait for two hours. This shows a complete lack of professionalism and respect for customers. I would strongly advise others to avoid this activity.
