“Driver was easy to find in port and tried his best to provide a memorable tour. I feel he was set up for failure by his company. I’m sure he was the junior man on the totem pole, since this tour occurred on Easter Sunday. I had sent the company a preferred itinerary and they acknowledged receipt of that itinerary. The driver had no knowledge of the requested routing, and seemed to have to clear all points of interest with his boss. Most of the things we saw, we would have been able to walk to and save $1000. Not blaming the driver, I blame the company for sending him…”
